We've already recorded the next course and we're in the final stretch. Now we just need to finish polishing the supplementary material that accompanies the videos and it'll be ready to publish next week.
This new course will dive deeper into conflict management topics. We're coming off publishing the fundamentals course, and in this new one we wanted to go a step further and cover advanced concepts. For example, we'll look at common mistakes when negotiating during conflicts and resolution techniques for more complex cases.
