Yes. If you decide to switch to a higher plan, you will be charged the difference between the price of your current plan and the new plan so that you can access the new features immediately. If you decide to switch to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle since you have already paid for it.

Summary: we reset your current subscription cycle, discounting from the original price the unused portion of your existing plan.

When you upgrade with an active subscription, we subtract from the new plan price the part of your current subscription you haven't used yet.

Example: you had a yearly subscription of €300 and, after 6 months (50%), you upgrade to a €500 yearly plan. We discount €150 corresponding to the half year you haven't consumed from the previous plan.

At the moment of the upgrade you pay €350: the €500 of the new plan minus the €150 we credit from the old plan.

In summary:

• Price of the new plan: €500
• Price of the previous plan: €300
• Credit for unused time: €150
• Final upgrade charge: €350
• Calculation: €500 - (€300 * 50%)
• Next payment date: 1 year from the upgrade date (reset of the billing cycle)

If you have a company subscription, the invoice will automatically be sent to the email you used to make the purchase. If you have an individual subscription, you can download your invoices from the invoices page. Important: An invoice in the name of a company can only be provided if you have a company subscription or an annual individual subscription.
