Choose the plan you want to switch to and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to validate that it is really you. By clicking the link in the email, you confirm that you want to make the change, and your default payment method will be charged.

Yes. If you decide to switch to a higher plan, you will be charged the difference between the price of your current plan and the new plan so that you can access the new features immediately. If you decide to switch to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle since you have already paid for it.

The subscription we used to have now corresponds to the new Standard plan. Additionally, remember that as long as you don’t cancel your individual subscription, you’ll keep the price you’ve been paying so far. This means if we increase the price in the future, we’ll keep your current price.

Yes, first purchase licenses for one plan from the purchase page, and then from the company backoffice, you can add licenses for the other pricing plan.

If you have a company subscription, the invoice will automatically be sent to the email you used to make the purchase. If you have an individual subscription, you can request an invoice by contacting soporte@codely.com. Important: An invoice in the name of a company can only be provided if you have a company subscription or an annual individual subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to Codely until the end of the paid billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, your subscription will be canceled, and you will not be charged again.
