📜 Our vision on AI
Are you tired of the "AI will take your job" narrative? So are we.
What's happening in the development sector is significant and deserves some reflection.
It's difficult when the pace of advances is daily, but precisely because of this, it's even more necessary.
When we say we believe the profession is changing, it's not to generate views. We truly believe it.
We're happy to share our opinions and be open, showing that we also feel uncertainty like anyone else.
The question is what we do with that uncertainty.
We can approach this topic in 3 ways:
- Pretend nothing is happening, that it doesn't affect us, or create resistance to change. "Don't look up."
- From fear generation. "You'll be out of a job," "you must update," "here are my courses to save you." Learning from fear of being left behind.
- From the opportunity we consider all the doors that are opening represent. Take an active stance. Be participants in the change. Enjoy the journey. Acquire knowledge to take control and make informed decisions. Strengthen your autonomy and capacity for action. Learning as empowerment.
We bet on option 3. If we're wrong and need to correct course in time, we'll do it without problem, but we won't stand still or be dishonest about what we believe.
The idea of this workshop is to share all the knowledge we've learned after betting on that third option. 😊

Tools change, master the processes
In just a few months, we've seen a shift in the reference tool for programming, moving from Copilot to Cursor, and now with the arrival of Claude Code and JetBrains Junie.
It's what has always happened. The important thing is not the tool, but knowing how to integrate it into your workflow to squeeze the most out of it.
In the workshop we'll go into detail on abstract concepts of these like `rules`, `memory` and `plans`.
