Making of a Job Offer

How to write a job offer? What should we focus on when applying for a selection process? It’s not difficult to find criticism of some job offers on Twitter. However, what happens when we are the ones looking for a new coworker? The easy way would be to take an existing offer and simply change the "Minimum Requirements" and "Desired Requirements," and off we go. However, if we want the offer to truly reflect the aspects that we believe add value to working in our team, we won’t achieve that this way. In this video, I will try to share my experience regarding selection processes. Specifically, we will focus on the job offer. We will see how we can reflect the culture within the team, and how to avoid falling into some common mistakes that occur when drafting these offers. The video discusses some aspects of the offer we have open at letgo, as well as the offer we made at Uvinum back in the day. Here are the links :) Another interesting reference mentioned is the talk "The Long Road" by Sandro Mancuso. This talk revolves around how to define our professional career, and around minute 30, it discusses job offers. Many of the things I mention in the video are based on those aspects :D
