We've just published the first part of the Conflict Management: Fundamentals course, trying out some of the things you've shared with us and having a blast doing it.

We hope you enjoy it too. It's an even denser topic than feedback (which is why it's part of the Complete Pack), and we've put a lot of effort into making it as engaging as possible, along with additional quick-reference material (a really neat PDF). 😊

While you enjoy this first part, we'll keep working on our end to publish the second half as soon as possible (we estimate about 3 weeks from now). So you have the chance to leave your comments on this first half so we can take them into account when recording the remaining content. 🤟
