For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At CODELY we process the information provided by interested parties in order to provide our training services to programmers through our codely.com platform, as well as to send commercial communications or newsletters.
Similarly, we process the image of students when they create their own profile and this is disseminated through the What do they say about us? opinion dissemination area of our website.
No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to provide the requested service and during the legally established periods.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data will be, as the case may be, the consent of the interested party, the execution of a contract or legitimate interest.
The processing of data for the subscription to our courses is covered by the execution of a contract.
The capture and dissemination of images is protected by the consent of the interested party.

The data comes directly from the student if he or she subscribes to the platform or from the company if it is the company that contracts the training for its employees. Likewise, the data comes from the interested party when he or she subscribes to the newsletter or requests information via chat.
