Third course now fully available

The third ManagerPro course was going to be "Conflict Management: Advanced Concepts" buuut... as we kept breaking down the topic we realized there was way too much ground to cover, and it would have ended up being a 30-hour course if we wanted to go into any real depth, as the subject demands.

So, we preferred to narrow the focus of this course to common mistakes, leaving room for a future course on mediation in complex conflicts. This way the content is more easily digestible since anyone who's only particularly interested in mediation can go straight to the point without going through the fundamentals or common mistakes course first ✨.

So we wrapped up the course by adding material about mistakes when facing conflict (why it's not a good idea to try to prevent them, how to avoid adding fuel to the fire...). With that finishing touch, it's ready for you to dig into.

This course belongs to the Complete Pack. If you want to upgrade from the Essential Pack to the Complete to access this and other topics, you can take advantage and get it before the price keeps going up, which by the way, we've already done upon publishing it, just as we announced 👼.

Survey about underperformance

It seems this topic generates quite a lot of interest among those of you who are already enjoying the courses. It's one of the most voted topics in the surveys we include throughout the courses.

So, we've decided to prioritize it. We're stepping away from conflict management for a bit (we'll come back for mediation), and going for it. It will be the next course. This way, we're also publishing a course from the Essential Pack to alternate, since we've had 2 Complete Pack courses in a row 👼.

Now that we're starting to prepare it, we're interested in getting down to the real needs you might have on this topic so we can dedicate more time and examples to those areas.
