🚀 Spark: Best Practices and Deployment course 100% published in the Standard plan!

The real challenge when working with Apache Spark isn't just writing functional code, but doing it efficiently, tested, and production-ready.

The Spark: Best Practices and Deployment course is the last in the Spark course series:

  1. Spark for developers: Learn to go from data to decisions using Apache Spark. 100% focused on devs.
  2. Spark Integration with Kafka, Rabbit and SQS: Integrate Spark with queue systems to improve scalability.
  3. Spark Best Practices and Deployment: Take Spark to production following best practices and avoiding common mistakes.

With this course series you can get the foundation for analyzing data at high speed.

✨ We've held the first edition of the AI for Programming Workshop

Although the first edition we announced will take place on the 16th of this month, last week we did an alpha version of the Workshop with people we invited to give us feedback. That way, we could iterate on it so the first edition would be top-notch.

And honestly, that edition was awesome. Both in terms of the knowledge shared and in achieving the atmosphere we were hoping for.

The guest list had a bit of everything, from people who hadn't used AI much to people who used it heavily in their day to day. The feedback they shared with us is that thanks to the Workshop they now have better command of AI. 😊

If you haven't signed up yet, you can do so for the fourth edition here. These are the last spots available for this edition and as they sell out, we keep raising the prices.

We believed we had a workshop that would change the way you use AI and, after running this alpha version, we're certain of it. 🙌

In the last newsletter we mentioned we were going to announce something in this one, buuut, with all the work preparing the alpha version of the Workshop, we preferred to postpone it a couple of weeks to do it with more care. Next week we'll share more. 😊

Ahhhh! And after all this time, we've finally made a quick page so more people can sign up for the newsletter!! Here it is in case you want to share it.

And since you've made it this far in the newsletter, here's the joke of the week, which I know you were waiting for:

> I'm fed up with the sysadmin team telling me to be quiet all the time! They keep going `ssh` 🤫

Cheers and see you this Friday on Cafe con Codely!
